I am getting a great opportunity to look into the Northstar building in downtown Minneapolis. My company is looking into purchasing this property, so right now we are in the process of putting together a bid on the property. If we decide to purchase it, it will require a full-blown renovation, so I am also getting a taste of what planning for a massive renovation on a commercial property in a downtown location looks like.
