Recently my property hired a new leasing consultant. In order to train this new employee Weinder brought over one of their gold star leasing specialists. These specialists have worked as leasing consultants for a number of years and have excelled at the position. This consultant works with the new hire for a few days in order to team them their ways and strategies. These specialists are also in charge of other operations of the corporate office. They work with the marketing team on special projects for properties as well as training new leasing consultants. I thought this was an interesting position that I was never aware of before this week, It is a unique position and reflects the time and effort Weidner puts into developing employees.
