Without going into too much detail, to we had the police crime scene and multiple cops on the complex because there had been an apartment that had broken into. I guess the person had stolen some items out of a tenants town home while they were out of town. But as we were figuring things out, the police had told us that had been keeping a third tenant (who theyre not supposed to have) in their apartment. That third “tenant” also ended up being a skip who owed us money, so we were not very happy with the two other tenants who had kept him from us, beside the circumstances.
