I had a move in with HUD (Section 8) where they need to inspect the apartment and get proper paperwork before they approve a tenant to live at an apartment complex. Since she submitted her application I have gotten all the paperwork completed and everything done so she can move in right away. They came and did the inspection and it didn’t pass the first time because there was several things missing, such as a fan in the bathroom and the fan above the stove. I immediately got maintenance over there to fix it, they did, we got the approval and then she decided she didn’t want to move in for another month. It was very frustrating but i’m happy that I got everything done on my end so I don’t have to stress about it.
