One task I have been doing to help out Maintenance is to do grounds. This involves walking around the property make sure garbage is picked and the property is clean. Also, make sure everything is where it should be. This is important because you want to keep the property nice so residents can enjoy the grounds. It is also important because the property needs to look nice for future residents otherwise they are not going to want to rent from a property that looks dirty and is not taken care of. Curb appeal is a crucial part to attracting potential residents and grounds is a major part of curb appeal.
