This week we had a child scrape their heel while in the swimming pool. Like any mother would be, she was not very happy and requested that we check the pool for anything sharp and she took her son to the doctor to make sure he was fine. We filled out an incident report, called her the next day to check in and then sent them a gift card for their troubles.
