This week our team at the VUE got together and talked about our monthly charts and graphs. During this meeting, I learned more about what everything meant regarding PLI, delinquencies, and bad debt write-offs.
We reached out to any residents that still had a balance on their account, along with posting a 5-day notice on their door regarding their dues. For residents that still have a balance, we print three copies. One copy goes in their file. The second copy goes on their door, and the last piece of paper goes through certified mail.
