Week two of my internship has been a challenge in the best way possible! I dove head first into the responsibilities of the internship, answering the phone, updating resident files, giving tours, and so much more. Learning in such a fast paced and hands on environment has helped me to start to feel confident in my role quickly. One of my goals for this internship is to get better at communicating over the phone. This past week, I was able to practice that a lot, and I look forward to be able to continue doing so. Continually pushing myself out of my comfort zone and then gaining confidence quickly!
