This was the second week of my Leasing rotation. This week I focused on perfecting the tour. There are a lot of things to remember, but I was able to get into a routine when it came time for a tour. First I would verify their information, what floorplans they were looking for, and when they were looking to move in. Then I would go over the basic information such as the application process, pet fees, insurance, etc. After that, we start the property tour in the leasing office, make our way to the outdoor patio area by the pool, and then head over to the model. I was able to get pretty confident in my knowledge of what we have to offer, and I was able to give around 10-15 tours over the week. From those 10-15 tours, I was able to get 6 applications submitted within the first 24 hours after the tour!
