During my third week at General Property Management, my responsibilities included ensuring that houses were clean, painted, and ready for new tenants. I also helped facilitate the distribution of approximately 80 sets of keys. One of the property managers, Brooke, took me along to meet another property manager who was transferring the management of two different properties with 4 units to our company on behalf of an owner. This experience was enlightening and taught me a valuable lesson. Brooke and I are now collaborating on this project, striving to create a more efficient management system for the owner’s properties.
