This past week of my internship was focused more on move- ins. We has three move- ins at the end of the week, providing me with a great opportunity to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes. I spent a lot of the week learning how to complete the paperwork that goes in the resident files. There is a lot of paperwork and computer work that needs to be done to prepare a resident file for move in. I am looking forward to be able to continue to learn more about this process and gain more confidence while doing it!
