This past week was the first week of the month, so a lot of our time was spent working on all things rent payments. For the residents that did not pay rent on time, we prepared and delivered notices to their doors before charging a late fee to their account. We spent a lot of time preparing the documentation, and assisting residents by explaining the total payment amount (because utilities are not included in rent), and helping them to pay their rent online. After the work week was over, I went to Mount Rainier National Park to do some hiking!
