The summer months are a busy time for residential property management. It is important to keep your current residents or know as soon as possible that they are moving out, so you can rent their apartment! This week I spent some time diving deeper into what leases would be expiring. I was able to send renewal requests along with a cheesy snack. “POP in to renew your lease today” (popcorn) or “Early bird gets the worm” (gummy worms).
