Jack O’Connor COO Visiting Colorado Springs

On Wednesday the COO of Weidner will be visiting the properties in Colorado Springs. In preparation, this week will be cleaning up the grounds heavily as well as the common areas. Normally the properties would be worried with leasing up to 100% occupancy so there are no vacant units when Jack comes, but we already have 100% occupancy on our property.
