This week I got to go tour Daymark, another Weidner owned property and worked with the maintenance on changing air filters. This was a very unique experience because we got to see the process and daily procedures of another Weidner owned property. This gave me a ton of insight on different features each Weidner property has to offer. Over at Daymark we learned about the make-ready process as well as touched base on preventive maintenance. We were paired up with a U.S. internet tech who helped wire the apartment with internet while we changed the air filters in each H-Vac. That day we serviced 320 different units between four interns/MIT’s working for Weidner apartment homes. Stay tuned for next weeks post!!
