This week my team and I focused more on Marketing for 7west and everything we do with promotions. We are currently offering our “Stay Awhile Program” for long-term leases meaning for any 2-3 year lease you would receive 2 months free each year off your lease. This is part of our loyalty program and is offered to anyone staying long-term with us. I also got to help set up model apartments for tours meaning we moved furniture and decorations to empty apartments setting them up as model homes. These modeled apartments give potential prospects and residents a good idea of what a unit could look like with furniture and other decorations they might have in them. I got to print off some of these posters and hang them up outside of the building for the public to see as well as take a look at some of the advertisements we have online and 3rd party companies that we pay to help promote these deals. Our market rate prices for apartments change each day so I got to see how that works and how that reflects on the property’s supply and demand for units. This upcoming week I will get to set up resident events for our property and even rent a food truck just for our residents for the day. Stay tuned!!!
