Weidner’s LEAD Start team came to Asbury Park on Friday. They did our power hour for us and spruced our vacant. We got to sit back and just enjoy the morning. We answered emails and had a relaxing morning before we opened. LEAD start is a training program for new Weidner employees. It teaches them all about how to power hour and how to spruce vacants. It really is supposed to help new employees better understand the day to day operations. It offers a lot of resources to new employees and teaches them how to find and use the resources offered.
