Learning Maintenance

Today was a fun day because I got to follow around our Maintenance staff! I learned how to do a bunch of little things that have to do with toilets, drains, sinks, and garbage disposals. I really got to appreciate the work that they do. Having a solid Maintenance staff is a critical part of your team so keeping them happy is a key to success.
