After already getting two leases in the past few days, I’m hoping that we will have another apartment leased after today which will put us at 100% occupancy here at Vue in Minneapolis. There was an apartment that was supposed to open last week after the construction was finished, however something happened and now all the residents have to find another place to live. So we have been getting many frantic calls this week of people trying to find housing last minute. I have 3 showings today for people that need apartments right now but we only have one available. Hopefully this demand will help to make someone sign a lease by the end of the day!
