Today, I implemented a new standard in our resident retention program. I asked my manager if it would be okay that I send out thank you letters to move-outs and residents who renewed. She thought that it was smart and great idea to increase resident satisfaction. I am happy to add a new tradition in Mears Park Place Apartments.
