As an advertising plan to try to get more apartments leased. So we did lemonade and leasing. We bought lemonade so future residents could have a summer refreshment while touring. We advertised the event as an open house and I tried to advertise with catchy lemonade themed headings. For example one heading was When life gives you lemonade, rent an apartment! We actually ended up leasing two 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments from the event!
