Today I did my first distance lease where I didnt meet with the tenant once, and rather did everything with them, explained the apartment, talked over the steps, explained everything via email and over phone. I was really nervous when the guy first came in, because I didnt even know who i was looking for, I was just hoping he liked the location and enjoyed the apartment. I first showed him the apartment, to which he seemed to really like, and then we signed all the paperwork and he came with plenty of questions. The guy was very nice and was very pleased with everything went, as was I.
