Working at the Grand Geneva has been a very eye opening experience for both me and my family. Before my internship my family didn’t have a very clear idea of what I was going to college for, and why I was so driven to persue my desired career path. Recently my family came and visited me at the Grand Geneva, and I was able to work with them first hand, showing them exactly what I was perusing. Furthermore I have substantially grown my LinkedIn connections over the past five weeks with guests and work colleagues. I’m loving my hospitality internship thus far, and really excited to see how the new skills, connections, and life experiences I have attained will impact the future of my college and professional career!
