Market survey’s are pretty common phone calls we receive through out the week. They’re basically phone calls with other properties trying to compare our numbers to theirs. Some people straight up tell you they’re doing a market survey, and other’s pretend like they actually want to rent from you and set up an appointment that they never actually show up for. Today the MIT at my property and I called a few other competitor properties for market survey’s and it was interesting getting to be on the other end of the line calling someone.
