Last week I had to do the market surveys for this new property and compare them with our site’s current rates. It was interesting to see how two different properties and their comps can change so much by just moving across town. Shopping the competition was refreshing to see how other sites do showings after having some experience doing them myself. Doing these shops on competition and performing market surveys really help you get a sense of where your current property stands in the area.
