Trinity requires all properties to comply with having a on hand library of binders to be stored in the leasing office. A few months ago, the old manager left and did not comply with these standards. Going forward, my manager had me create a marketing binder with all our competitor and sister priorities. The binder includes, amenities, floor plans, monthly deals, and other important information that sets each property apart as well as where they are located.
