So earlier this week we had a very interesting couple come into our leasing office. They smelled of alcohol and cigarette smoke and were pretty aggressive in their attempt to schedule a tour to look at an apartment. The wife could barley stand and the husband was slurring his words pretty bad. Upon leaving we watched them exit and they both got into a car and started to drive off. We followed them out the door and got their license plate number and notified the police. Needless to say we didn’t get a follow up with these prospects and hope in the future they make better decisions before deciding to come by a leasing office to look at an apartment.
