Yesterday I had the opportunity to tag along on a judging for property excellence through the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. We toured four properties in the Twin Cities area that had been nominated for the property excellence award. It was cool to see what they thought made them so successful and how each manager has there own unique style of managing property.
