Today I received an email after work that my CD submitted my Midterm Evaluations. After reviewing her comments on my work, I realized what I have to work on and what I excel at. I learned that I should have more confidence in my abilities and should be more independent with my actions.
Everything else seems well balanced. I hope to improve everyday and for my CD to notice my growth by the end of my internship. I learn new things everyday and am grateful to be with such a supportive team!
