What an eventful week once again! This week was very busy with it being fourth of July. At the beginning of this internship the president of NRP Group gave his property management interns an assignment to accomplish once our leasing segment was finished. This week is when it was due so I spent a majority of my time researching and writing. I had to write up a report discussing the statistics on our leasing. Along with the report I made a PowerPoint with visuals of the unit layouts, box score sheets, and market surveys. I compared other properties to ours and mentioned what our property could be doing better. It was fun to do some serious research and was a great learning experience to focus on this week!
