Miscommunication

Today we had a prospective resident who was in our office practically all day. Her husband is deployed and apparently he had already started filling out an application but didn’t tell her so then when she started to fill one out, our system wouldn’t let her continue because he started hers. We eventually figured it out but it was definitely a struggle.
