One day last week all of the MITs and Interns in the area met up at the regional office for the day to have some meetings. The interns were able to sit in on a meeting for the MITs and see how their meetings go. During the meeting, we talked about some different methods for going over leases with residents who are moving in, as well as how to handle some situations and problems that may arise when you are community director. This meeting was very helpful and I was able to apply some of what I learned already, and I know some of it will be useful later on as well.
