I have had several move in’s this week and have spent much of the weeks getting ready for them. Before someone can move in I need to make sure their prorated rent is paid, have the tenant set up their electricity, set up their renters insurance and make sure all the maintenance work is done before the move in. During the move in I let them know which car port they are in, give them their keys and do the move in inspection with them.
