Today we had a lady call in multiple times, email us with pictures and make comments how a tenant was trying to move out of his apartment on the second floor. It was a very hot day in west Texas, so the guy had parked his truck in front of his apartment so he can move out fast and on time. This lady was complaining that she didnt like that the truck was parked in front of her apartment. We told her there was really nothing we can do because he wasnt breaking any rules, and he wasnt doing any lease violations. We told her if she wanted the truck moved she would need to talk to him, and she was not happy with it, but we really couldnt do anything, we could not charge him or anything, especially because he was just trying to move out.
