Move-Out Inspections and Vendor Co-Operation

In week 7 I was able to work on several tenant move-out inspections from start to finish. Simultaneously we knocked out a few annual inspections for our business park, and we worked with our maintenance manager from another company to inspect mechanical and electrical components. As I learn more I continue to meet with contractors to walk our properties to solve issues that I am involved with solving.
