For the first time today I was able to see how to do a move-out inspection. This also included calculating the amount of money and time it will take to turn the apartment. It’s important to look at the original move-in copy to make sure the residents are not charged for anything that they didn’t do to the apartment. We can do these inspections with our maintenance team to ensure we get the right numbers for how much it will all cost to be replaced. It wasn’t the most exciting job, but it is very important that the apartment is checked and it is recorded at the time of move out.
