I had a mother and daughter walk into the office randomly. They were looking for a 2 bedroom as soon as possible. Luckily, we had just turned a 2 bedroom and was available for show that same day. I gave them a showing of the unit and they filled their applications right after the tour concluded. Their applications came through as accepts and they moved in the next day!
