Yesterday, I was able to get out of the office and go shop. A shop is going around and comparing and contrasting what each competitive apartment has to offer. As I went around, I looked at their amenities, asked about rates and other fees, as well as occupancy percentage. I had an absolute blast and the properties were excited to have me!
