Senior appraisers brought the interns out for residential properties inspection at Rosemount and assist with the reassessment on the value of the residential properties we visited as well as getting the measurements of new construction homes. The interns were taking notes of the add-ons to the houses and put those into the county’s database. It is also important for us to learn drawing sketches with angle and curve as we need to ensure the square footage matches the physical building. Most of us did a couple mistakes but it does not stop us from doing better at it.
