The community that I work at is a great little community in Everett, Washington. There are 131 apartment homes in the community. This is a great size when it comes to managing, because there is enough homes that there is not so much to take care of that you can never get caught up, but there is not so few homes that it is always very slow. The community features one, two and three bedroom homes. These homes all feature great amenities, such as a washer and dryer inside the home and very large floor plans. Lucky for us, the location was pretty good and the homes were in very nice shape, but at a decent price point for the area. This made leasing our homes fairly easy most of the time, especially when it came to the three bedrooms. There were not enough three bedrooms in the area, and therefore whenever we had one come available, people would put in applications very quickly and the homes were leased within just a couple of days.
