As they, there’s never a dull day in the world of property management. Whether its administrative, leasing, or maintenance, you will find yourself encountering new situations regularly. These situations require tact and diligence in order to provide quality management of client’s assets.
Recently, there was an accident on one of the properties in our portfolio where a car struck the face of the property. Thankfully, there were no injuries despite being during business hours. The damage was minimal and contained by emergency restoration team onsite almost immediately and the business owner was able to return home by the end of the business day.
Following these events, I have coordinated and met with the insurance adjustor, vendors for repairs, and the business owner in order to get the repairs done as efficiently as possible.
