We have had a very challenging shift in management and leasing positions here at the North End properties. The property manager left for a different position and we’ve also lost an experienced leasing consultant, leaving a 650+ apartment community to the hands of 2 leasing consultants, an assistant PM, financial coordinator, and myself. We just hired a new leasing consultant as well as a property manager, making it my duty to help them learn as much as possible from what I currently know. It is good experience to help teach someone else how your property operates.
