Our new leasing consultant had her first day of work today. She has worked in similar industries but never in property management. She is very nice and very professional. Right away you can tell that she is a hard worker. Her name is Tanya and I think she will be a good addition to the team here. She is spending the first few days with the floating leaser learning about the property and the company. The floating leaser will be showing her the basics of leasing. They will go over answering phones, showing apartments, making craigslist ads, and much more.
