Every person you talk to in the property management industry will tell you the same thing; no day is ever the same. Recently through my internship I have really learned how true that is, One day everything is fine and residents are happy and the next you have 40 work orders with everyone expecting their to be more important than the others. It is something you have to deal with and work around as a property manager. I personally think that is why I like the internship, just the unpredictability of it all kind of gives me a thrill each day I go in. One day you can have amazing prospective tenants that you talk to and the next you can have someone like in the video posted.
