No internet or phones for a day

Yesterday we had a crazy day. Our internet went out because of a storm the night before so we had to go back in time and do everything with paper and then document everything today. Our phone provider, Comcast, also had an outage so all the phones were messed up. Some calls would come through but we weren’t able to call out at all.
