Two weekends ago the leasing consultant at my property quit unexpectedly. This has left our property without a leasing consultant for the past two weeks. At first, we missed his presence as he was a major part of our daily operations, but now we have embraced and are excited for extra challenge that our property faces without a leasing consultant. It creates more work for both my community director but also elevates our sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. Working short-staffed is not an ideal situation but it brings out the best in managers and I have definitely seen that out of my community director.
