This is the North End’s 5th phase and 6th building known as Chroma. It had its grand opening less than a month ago. One of the great features of the building is this enclosed dog park. It’s located on the second floor of the building and is perfect for dogs because of the synthetic turf they can run around on. As well, dogs can use the bathroom as much as they want. There is a sprinkler system that keeps the grass fresh and clean. There is also a grill area where residents can cook while their dogs relax. This particular amenity gets a lot of use and was a nice addition to the property.
