This is the lobby of the newest addition to the North End, Chroma. They hired a designer/artist to furnish the lobby as well as decide on the tile and lighting. I was very intrigued by the tile initially because I thought it was unfinished. But that is the exact look they were going for. It’s a white tile with a rustic finish. It’s a bold idea, but feel as though it fits the room nicely. The designer was going a for a “Scandinavian naturalistic” look. The room is very colorful mixed with Scandinavian furniture and a lot of wooden pieces to match with the nature idea. Located in the lobby is the coffee machine, fitness center, and the dog spa. Personally, one of the coolest lobbies I’ve seen for an apartment building.
