This is yet another amenity of the North End. Several of the buildings on property have a designated clubroom. This one specifically has a home theater system including a projector for movies. There is also seating for parties/events and a kitchen in an adjacent room that can be used to prepare meals. It can be reserved for residents at a $75 fee and a $250 refundable deposit. It’s a great space for events such a birthday parties or baby showers.
