This is another amenity part of the Chroma building. It fits perfectly in the building because there is also a dog park in the back. So, residents can let their dogs run loose and then come to this room to groom and vacuum them. There is shampoo and grooming products available. There is a large sink shown where dogs of any size will fit and also a vacuum for drying them off. Another nice touch is that the room is located on the street corner. So, residents can walk their dogs out to the street and back to their apartment next door.
